These terms govern the public Strata dashboard and documentation. Strata is a reference-safety layer for prediction-market prices. It is not an outcome prediction product, odds validation service, trading system, brokerage, or investment advisory service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Strata, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Strata is a public reference-safety surface for prediction market prices. It is designed to help users understand whether a public market price can be referenced normally, should carry context, warrants review, or should not be presented as a standalone figure.

• Researchers studying market structure and public price formation
• Analysts who want more context around a referenced market price
• AI or dashboard users evaluating whether a price should appear in downstream output
• Readers using the public dashboard for informational purposes

Strata is not:

• An outcome prediction engine
• A trading, betting, or investment recommendation service
• A guarantee that any market price, status, reason, or label is correct

3. Informational Use Only

The Service is provided for informational and reference-safety purposes only. Nothing on Strata is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, betting advice, or a solicitation to trade or wager.

You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make using public market information, including information displayed by Strata.

4. Public Surface and Proprietary Systems

Strata may display public-facing summaries, labels, and visualizations, but the underlying infrastructure, private research workflows, data transformations, archives, and non-public artifacts remain proprietary.

4.1 Public Surface Boundary

• The dashboard and docs are limited public presentation layers
• Internal research artifacts, detailed event exports, archives, and non-public model outputs are not part of the public license
• Access to the public surface does not grant rights to any internal dataset or private system design

4.2 Restrictions

• You may not attempt to reverse engineer non-public assessment logic, extraction methods, or internal system behavior
• You may not scrape or republish the Service in a way that recreates a competing public surface or substitutes for the Service itself
• You may not attempt to access endpoints, datasets, or artifacts that are not intentionally exposed for public use

5. Permitted Public Use

Permitted: reading the dashboard, using the public docs, and referencing the public surface with clear attribution.

Prohibited:

• Using the Service to facilitate illegal gambling, unlawful betting, or unlawful market manipulation
• Automated abuse, denial-of-service behavior, or attempts to bypass access, origin, or rate controls
• Misrepresenting Strata as giving personalized advice or certainty about future outcomes

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content, branding, interface design, non-public methods, and associated materials are owned by Strata or its licensors, except where third-party rights apply to linked external content.

• The Strata name, brand, and public interface design
• Non-public assessment, monitoring, and archival workflows
• Documentation, copy, graphics, and presentation materials published as part of the Service

7. Accuracy and Availability

The Service may be incomplete, delayed, stale, interrupted, or incorrect. Public statuses and metrics are reference-safety aids, not promises. Markets can change quickly, and Strata may lag or fail to reflect current conditions.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any displayed metric or label
• We may modify, suspend, or remove parts of the Service at any time

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose
• We do not warrant that public metrics or labels are complete or accurate
• We do not provide financial, trading, betting, or investment advice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strata will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the Service.

• Any losses resulting from decisions made using the Service
• Any market, trading, wagering, publication, generated-output, or research outcomes tied to your interpretation of public labels or metrics
• Any interruption, delay, stale data, or data omission in the public surface

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

1. Use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling or betting activities
2. Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass non-public system boundaries
3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to internal datasets, archives, credentials, or infrastructure
4. Use the Service in violation of applicable law
5. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its supporting infrastructure

11. Privacy

• The public dashboard is designed to be readable without account creation
• Basic operational logs and anonymous analytics may be collected to operate, secure, and improve the Service
• If you contact us directly, you may provide personal information in that communication

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
